ABOUT MARC DE RHAM
I\'ve focused for many years on People Services procurement, developing deep interest and expertise across Resourcing, Rewards & Benefits, Health & Wellbeing and Learning & Development spend categories. I\'ve worked on numerous engagements with a wide variety of large corporate clients, across many geographies and sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Aviation and Public Sector. Client projects typically involve up front senior People and Operational stakeholder engagement, followed by opportunity assessment, delivery of opportunities and, critically, ongoing supplier relationship and performance management. I\'ve also delivered a number of coaching programmes designed to help clients develop robust People Services category strategies. Previous roles at Proxima have always been client-facing/ delivery-focused. I won a CIPS Supplier Award in 2005 for a procurement transformation and savings delivery programme. I\'ve thoroughly enjoyed being part of Proxima\'s growth since I joined back in 1995
