Delivery and Operational leader who is committed, resourceful, punctual, professional, organised, reliable, hardworking, bi-lingual (Welsh - English) empathetic and very much a family and people person.I bring over 24 years of leadership, delivery and operational experience across defence, technology, and business. My career journey began in the Military, where I held multiple instructional, delivery and operational roles from Operations Manager overseeing high-pressure tactical and strategic communications systems in the UK and overseas. Undertaken roles as a the Head of Delivery and Head of Operations managing austere, deployed environments. In these roles, I was responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and coordinating operations with limited resources, no budget, and at times, no team support demanding adaptability, resilience, and decisive leadership.Building on this foundation, I transitioned into the private sector as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of SudoCyber Limited, a multi-award-winning SME specialising in cybersecurity solutions. In this role, I have shaped the company’s growth strategy, authored policies and processes, and driven governance across CSR, ESG, GRC, H&S, and HR. I have also overseen multi-site facilities management, ensuring operations align with compliance frameworks and customer expectations.In the start-up environment, I have worn many hats managing a bespoke CRM system, building and pursuing a sales pipeline, representing the company at trade shows, and converting prospects into clients across the public sector, Military, and academia.What drives me is the challenge of turning strategy into reality whether in complex operational theatres or within a scaling SME.
