He is currently focused on entitlements, design, and construction at Four Seasons Lake Austin, Waterline, Republic and 6 & G towers in Austin, and multifamily and commercial projects in San Antonio. He has worked on all product types over his twenty year career, and has been primarily focused on Class-A and creative office, mixed-use, and multifamily development.Prior to Lincoln Property, Marc was an SVP at Urban Offerings, Inc in Los Angeles working on mixed use developments. Prior to UOI, he was at a Senior designer on large commercial projects in the Gensler Los Angeles office. Marc holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California, a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
