I’m an established Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with over 15 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other Office 365 products. Originally, starting with a support focused role, I have moved up the ranks to Solution Architect. I have ambitions to reach Enterprise Architect and beyond.I have worked on multiple projects across the D365 platform including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service Automation. Many of these projects have included integrations with F & SCM and Business Central.I am passionate about IT and this keeps me motivated to deliver the best service to our customers. I truly believe in providing what the customer needs and what will make sense for them. I specially enjoy the moment when a project is complete or an issue is resolved allowing the customer to continue with their work.
