I’m a Chief Operating Officer with a background in defence and cybersecurity, and over two decades of experience leading teams, managing complexity, and delivering results in demanding environments.My early career in the British Army shaped my approach to leadership - clear thinking, strong planning, and a focus on getting things done. Those principles have stayed with me as I’ve moved into industry, where I’ve spent the last several years helping technology and security businesses scale in a sustainable, structured way.At SE Labs, I’ve overseen eight consecutive years of growth. I’ve introduced ISO 9001 and 27001, improved how we plan and manage projects across the business, and established an annual cybersecurity conference that brings together voices from across the sector.
