I have also worked extensively on how manufacturing plants can unlock maximum value and foster continuous improvement and importantly how to unlock the power of Digital.I help clients in digitizing their operations and in designing \"factories of the future\"—including technology assessments (e.g, AI & ML, advanced analytics, robotics, process innovation), Industry 4.0 programs, design and building new first of a kind automation equipment and developing innovative layout concepts like flexible cell manufacturing.I have specific expertise in enabling the power of Digital in direct and indirect manufacturing (incl. Design, manufacturing and support) from ideation through the lifecycle of products.
