Hi and thank you for visiting my profile!As a leader within the military with over 10+ years\' of experience, I have broad range of expertise encompassing Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain.Throughout my tenure I have had the pleasure of leading and coordinating operations regionally in the UK and oversees including deployments throughout Europe and Africa. My proactive and task orientated ethos has allowed me to integrate my teams seamlessly into versatile and often challenging environments with the confidence to remain calm irrespective of challenges we are faced with.Being performance driven, I make sure operations run like clockwork by promoting a ‘right first time’ culture that that encourages staff to give their very best while working with our team to provide the best operational solutions.
