As a Senior Learning Manager, I work with Microsoft enterprise customers as a strategic advisor to ensuring that their leaders, business experts and technology practitioners have the skills they need to succeed in a changing digital environment. My focus is on delivering training plans for AI, Copilot, and Cybersecurity projects, so our customers can meet their business outcomes through a highly skilled workforce. I also contribute to the evolution of Microsoft learning experiences as a trusted partner to our worldwide program and engineering teams. The world of learning has been core to my professional development and experiences and I always look forward to seeing what’s next. I also derive a ton of energy by supporting community groups in my area on leveraging accessible technologies and a culture of inclusion, so they can help provide opportunities and employment for humans of all abilities.
