My journey started as a software engineer, evolved into leadership and product strategy, and eventually turned into building startups that create real impact.Over 8 years in tech, I’ve led engineering teams, built and scaled multiple products from scratch, and helped dozens of developers launch their careers. As a 3x founder, I’ve gone through the full cycle — from idea validation and MVP to fundraising and scaling globally.As the ex-CTO of a data automation and analytics project, and later of an AI startup, I was responsible for both the technical vision and the team that brought it to life.I’ve also founded and run an IT bootcamp that graduated 50+ students — many of whom have gone on to build their own projects.Throughout my career as a team lead and founder, I’ve personally mentored over 150 students and developers, helping them grow their skills and careers in tech.Education and talent development have always been at the heart of what I do. Through projects like Neobis and Upmind, I’ve built platforms that helped thousands of people learn, grow, and change their lives through technology.Beyond tech, I have a strong business mindset — experienced in fundraising, pitching to investors, marketing, sales, and building sustainable systems inside growing companies. Having participated in international accelerators, including Google for Startups, I understand what it takes to expand a project to the global market and build meaningful partnerships.Today, I continue to focus on products that combine education, innovation, and social impact — and on helping others build projects that truly make a difference.
