My adventure in Information and Technology start then I was eight years old I was hypnotized by first ZX Spectrum an 8-bit personal home computer, instantly I developed mental acquisitiveness. And after 24 years in IT field I still not satisfied my needs for learning, exploring and by adding value through utilizing my knowledge. I tried myself in many job positions starting from School Custodian to Assist. Bartender, Construction Manager,Fire Sprinkler Fitter every position gave me unique skills and experiences. I came to conclusion a talented person good at everything.Currently looking for be a part of the sophisticated team which gravitate for the better growth of the organization and which explores my potentiality and provides me with the discretion to enhance my talent with an intention to be a benefit to the company.

   Provides initial fault isolation and actively troubleshoots and diagnoses problems.Responsible for resolving production incidents by working with internal and external technology support organizations; is accountable for owning the incident and driving through to resolution.Responsible for managing service requests and executing standard changes with minimal supervision.Ensures both the business and management are notified of outage situations.Ticket management: Opens; updates; and closes incidents. Communicates status to associates/management via approved communication processes.Proactively puts procedures in place to prevent and reduce the severity of outages.Responsible for developing and writing operations processes and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned.
