About Marat Olfir
Experienced resident manager and/or building superintendent with superior customer service and communication skills. I began my building maintenance career in 1996 in an entry-level position and have since advanced to a senior management role within the industry. I am experienced in building and/or facilities maintenance in a variety of commercial, CO-OP, condominium, and super luxury residential buildings. I have earned all major diplomas from the 32BJ Union School, including the Superintendent, Green Residential, Green Commercial and Resident Manager 2. I obtained all applicable building-related licenses and certificates. I have reduced water, electricity, and gas consumption as well as a labor related cost in all managed buildings. I eliminated smoke infiltration and reduced the peak demand for electricity. My currently managed building was awarded with the Energy Star certification and I was able to dramatically improve its energy grade within 3 years from D to an A.I am the President of the New York Building Management Association (NYBMA).
