About Maranda Vandergriff

With more than a decade of experience in graphic design, web design, and strategic marketing for businesses and organizations of all sizes and industries, I bring a thoughtful, cohesive approach to marketing and design. I have experience working with high tech startups and solo craft entrepreneurs, from locally founded small businesses to nationally recognized brands. I spent over 6 years as creative lead and designer for all initiatives at the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center. As a business, brand, and marketing consultant, I designed business accelerator programs and innovative events for startups across dozens of industries. Through KEC I helped launch The Maker City, a program we built out of a partnership with Etsy and the City of Knoxville to develop the creative business economy in the greater Knoxville, TN area. In 2023 I joined Launch Tennessee, a public-private partnership based out of Nashville with the mission of supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the state of Tennessee. As the in-house creative manager and lead designer, I continued to support the startup community by leading the brand design and creative experiences for their major events like LaunchTN’s 3686 conference in Nashville and the Tennessee House activation at South by Southwest in Austin.I currently work as a Senior Designer at Robin Easter Design.
