Contribute to a key project related to the rollout and enhancement of risk management and oversight modules in Salesforce. Manage stakeholder engagement across Country Offices, Regional Bureaux, and HQ divisions by facilitating meetings, gathering feedback, and ensuring user needs are reflected in system improvements. Organize and deliver training sessions, support change management efforts, and contribute to the overall success of system launches. Provide support in project planning, documentation, testing coordination, and post-implementation follow-up. Actively contribute to business analysis and technical discussions related to Salesforce functionalities and data migration.Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:1. Led the Risk Management Pilot rollout across five Country Offices, coordinating bi-weekly meetings, delivering training, gathering feedback, and producing the final pilot report. Facilitated meetings and workshops with Regional Bureaux and R2 stakeholders for both the Risk and Oversight modules, ensuring alignment with operational needs and gathering system improvement inputs.2. System Implementation & Training Delivery: Played a key role in launching new Salesforce modules by conducting training sessions for end-users, and supporting debugging and configuration fixes. Supported the introduction of the oversight recommendations module through structured sessions and hands-on assistance.3. Salesforce Support & Data Activities: Contributed to the design and configuration of Salesforce functionalities. Supported data migration and mapping between Salesforce and MetricStream, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability across systems.
