Talent Acquisition and HR Consultant known for the ability to walk into complex environments, quickly assess what’s needed, and deliver results—often as a one-person function. I’ve supported startups, PE-backed companies, nonprofits, and global organizations through growth, transition, and transformation. My work spans technical, product, corporate, and executive hiring, as well as building lean, scalable recruiting and HR operations from scratch.
