Responsible for managing and maintaining research portfolio for two NIH R01 grant (3.1 million award), including documentation including regulatory binders, enrollment logs, patient registration in the system of record reporting and communicating with the IRB under the direction of the PI- Designed and created study resources, websites, and interactive media content on data dissemination and community engagement- Co-designed the RESPECT NC initial workshop focused on community engaged research, health equity and social determinants of health- Translated study documents from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy and clarity of medical/technical terminology- Provided Spanish language interpretation during meetings, conferences, and presentations, f facilitating clear communication between Spanish-speaking clients and English-speaking stakeholders- Proven track record of building and sustaining constituencies, partnerships, and alliances, to expand impact and foster change- Developed and implemented staff onboarding and training modules for approximately 20 staff and faculty- Responsible for tracking study enrollment for participants and managing schedules for data collection- Employed strategies to maintain recruitment and retention rates, and to assist participants with individual needs- Collect, prepare, process, ship, and maintain inventory of research specimens- Streamlined and implemented programming budget for all activities - Established the Access for Immigrants Annual Symposium with over 100 people in attendance- Conducted 7 Design Thinking session for future pilot projects - Served on the DUSON Core Values committee, Racial Justice Taskforce, and the Center for Nursing Research Racial Justice Taskforce
