Assist in planning, organizing, developing and presenting training programs designed to improve the knowledge and abilities of OPWDD staff.• Assess training needs and develop schedules for assigned curriculum.• Present standardized training programs including but not limited to CPR/First Aid, All levels of PROMOTE including Restrictive Interventions, introductory classes within New Employee Orientation and other trainings.• Develop training materials such as PowerPoint Presentations and/or other handouts as assigned.• Communicate the need to complete mandatory trainings.• Use the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS) to update and maintain classes.• Assist employees with enrollment, generate training records, and obtain data for reporting purposes, including registering staff for training or assisting staff in learning how to self-enroll.• Use MS Excel to create complex graphs, charts and data analysis.• Provide detailed training update reports using MS Office Suite.• Facilitate online learning through MS Teams and Webex.
