With over ten years of experience in retail, I have developed a strong expertise in merchandising, revenue planning, and demand forecasting. As the Merchandise Planning Manager at Food52, I led the Open-to-Buy strategy for all categories, driving sales growth and inventory optimization. In years prior, I worked as the Lead Demand Planner at CHANEL, where I managed the demand planning process for the Beauté (Makeup & Skincare) division, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing) and global partners to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
