ABOUT MARA ZUCKER
As a proud alum of the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology and minors in Business and Communication, I’ve always been curious about the environments where we spend most of our lives: the workplace. At USF Tampa, I was actively involved in the Human Applied Cognition & Decision-Making (HACD) I/O Psychology Lab, where I contributed to research design, data analysis, and the presentation of findings through multiple academic posters. This experience deepened my interest in how people think, decide, and thrive at work. Professionally, I’ve explored roles in Learning & Development, Education, and Human Resources—most recently completing an internship focused on HR strategy and Aviation Trends. I’ve worked on E-Learning content creation, Culture & Engagement programming, and Project Management initiatives. These experiences have shown me how thoughtful design and inclusive practices can transform workplaces into spaces of growth and belonging. I’m actively seeking full-time opportunities and meaningful conversations in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Employee Experience, and Human Resources. I bring a hardworking mindset, a research-informed perspective, and a deep curiosity about how people and systems interact.
