What Inspires Me I’m a people person through and through! What inspires me is the joy of connecting people with opportunities that truly excite them. I love building real relationships and seeing the impact the right job can have on someone’s life. Helping businesses find great talent while guiding candidates toward fulfilling careers is what drives my passion for recruiting! How It All Started My career began in higher education, where I worked closely with students from all over the country, helping them navigate their paths. Whether it was through New Student Services, the Alumni Office, or the Disability Access Center, I developed a deep appreciation for guiding others and creating positive experiences. That ultimately led me into recruiting, where I supported and scheduled hundreds of college students and new graduates for interviews with professionals who guided them through the internship process at Microsoft. Seeing people take that next big step in their careers made me realize this was the path I wanted to pursue! What I’m Up to Now As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Bluehawk Consulting (Now TSG), I get to make meaningful connections every day by: Sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of industries Strengthening talent pipelines to support a smooth hiring process Partnering with hiring teams to match candidates with the right opportunities Researching market trends to provide valuable insights Thriving in a fast-paced, people-centered environment allows me to help others find careers that excite and inspire them.
