Working within the AEC industry, I collaborate closely with leadership to support workforce planning, guide critical hiring initiatives, and drive talent-focused projects that enable teams to grow in highly specialized technical environments.Much of my work involves leading and supporting complex talent initiatives that require strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and thoughtful change management.
