Associate Director, Delivery Partner and People Manager @Kyndryl

Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through the ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of Kyndryl used in the delivery of complex services. Supports and leads billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, and Community activities. Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed.Provides projects lead for Kyndryl and Clients projects or across projects, and often work within a project office environment. Supports contracts management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting and project plan execution.Guide a POD in providing an end-to-end services. Facilitates and drives the use of agile practices for squad operations including optimizing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and removing obstacles impacting POD performance. Engages in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the services provided by the POD.Responsible for achieving operational and financial goals. Activities include long-term strategic planning; determine the policies of the organization; allocate its resources and make decisions regarding Market growth and diversification to accomplish the Kyndryl organization\'s vision.
