Lead Sustainability Consultant on a range of new construction and existing building typologies (commercial, residential, mixed-use, etc.) pursuing third-party green building certifications including LEED®, Fitwel®, BOMA BEST®, at various certification levels • Lead Sustainability Consultant for new construction projects designing and constructing to meet municipal building standards including the Toronto Green Standard (TGS), The York Region Sustainable Development through LEED Incentive Program, and the Brampton Sustainable Community Development Guidelines • Developing and managing project strategies and timelines to meet clients targets • Facilitating the completion of compliance documentation with project team members (architects, engineers, contractors, project owner, property management, etc.) • Managing the certification application and submission throughout design, construction, post-construction and third-party review • Assisting Pratus management in the onboarding, training and coaching of new employees
