As Project Director (Induction of advance missile system participated from inception stage of project till commissioning of worth Cr Project. As a part of the program management office for overseeing associated projects including pre-dispatch inspection at OEM premises, conduct of joint receipt inspection and field trial in India. Further operationalisation of system and integration of existing service platform by coordinating with stakeholders (IAI Israel, RCI Hyderabad, L&T, BEL Ghaziabad, Tata Advanced System limited, Hemisphere, Elcom, and MAC), training operational and technical work force to handle new equipment and hand over to operation teams. Being a pioneer establishment, formulated SOPs for operations, training, missiles testing and loading during operations. I supervised three cross functional teams for carrying out tasks. After the successful culmination of the project, I was awarded by the highest management of the organization.Skills Issue management, senior stakeholders management, Risk management, Requirement Analysis, Project delivery, Employee learning and development, Streamlining complex work process, Team building, Team leadership, Process improvement and Change Management.
