About Mao Mogami
As an Associate in the Workforce Strategy and Analytics Team at Mercer, I help clients make informed decisions to achieve pay equity, ensure career equity, and apply organizational strategies to improve DEI based on internal and external data. I also conduct external labor market analysis to help clients choose the best location(s) to start or expand their business. In many projects, I conduct statistical analysis in R or SAS, and visualize data in Tableau. I enjoy communicating insights gleaned from data analysis and research in a digestible manner to clients. I am well-trained in a wide range of statistical methods (e.g, multilevel modeling, structural equation modeling, mediation, psychometrics) through my PhD in Social Psychology with Quantitative Psychology Concentration from NYU.
