Providing technical leadership, managing, and maintaining the desktop computing environment and associated endpoint management systems. Architecting, administering, and maintaining endpoint management systems such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, MECM, Intune) Leading ongoing operations, coordinating activities across IT Operations teams, establishing, and implementing operational procedures and standards, and performing architectural design and roadmap development based on technology lifecycles and changing business requirements. Work with Enterprise Security to establish and maintain secure, reliable, and efficient configuration baselines taking user experience into account. Work with internal and external stakeholders (including software vendors) to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis. Successfully implemented Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for Test Lab environment. Successfully completed SQL 2012 to SQL 2019 migration for SCCM DEV and PROD environment.
