Data Entry & Documentation • Enter inspection and test results into internal databases or ERP systems (e.g. Excel, Power BI, EVision). • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including batch numbers, inspection forms, and compliance reports. Transcribe handwritten inspection documents into digital formats. Quality Control Support • Assist quality inspectors by logging sample data from incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product inspections. • Record defect trends and assist with non-conformance tracking. • Flag any inconsistencies or unusual data to supervisors for investigation. Reporting • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly quality performance reports. • Support audits by retrieving quality documents and providing traceability data. Compliance and Documentation Review • Ensure all data meets regulatory and internal quality standards (e.g, ISO, ASTM). • Verify that product certifications and documentation are complete and compliant. Communication • Liaise with production, QA technicians, and engineering teams to clarify or validate recorded data. • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing historical data to help identify trends or process gaps. General Administrative Duties • File and archive quality documents physically and electronically. • Assist with updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) or work instructions under supervision.
