Hi, I\'m currently working as a UI/UX Designer at Times Internet. I have previously worked with Flipkart and Kony. As a designer, I am dedicated to consistently explore, create and innovate. I obtained my bachelor\'s degree from Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh. I have had the privilege of working on multiple products in domains like Digital Banking, E-Commerce sector, Consumer facing apps for bank users etc. My approach towards design is team work, collaboration with people from the research, product, marketing and testing, therefore all coming together to create meaningful solutions for humankind through experiences that are both timeless and joyful.I possess a strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies, design research, and UX/UI design principles. My skill set extends across the entire design process, from conceptualisation and brainstorming to meticulous attention to details in the final stages. Proficient in various design tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Azure RP, I thrive at the intersection of design and business where I focus on crafting experiences that brings joy to people\'s lives and fosters business growth.

   Crafted the journey of Times Experiences - a curated platform providing the best offers, for mobile app & website across. This was introduced as a part of upgrading our current CVP for existing HDFC Times Card users to retain and engage current users along with acquiring new users.~ Built a Rewards Platform (both mobile & web) for our debit card holders where they can redeem their points on variety of offers available. I was responsible for creating end to end journey where users can redeem their points on different products, check point balance and history.~ Worked on designing in-house CMS software to be used by team members to upload offers in bulk for both experiences and rewards.~ Worked on designing some missing parts of the new acquisition journey for HDFC Bank Times Card.
