About Manvi Bhutani
As a Management Trainee at Genpact, I am responsible for delivering high-quality HR and recruitment services to various clients across different verticals, such as BFSI, E-Commerce, Education, and IT. I have 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates using multiple channels and tools, to interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers.I also manage the daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and trackers, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to upload profiles and check candidate statuses. I conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to maintain long-term professional relationships and ensure quality and satisfaction. Additionally, I have strong management and communication skills, which I have developed through my PGDM in Human Resources Management, my leadership roles in college activities and projects, and my participation in various certifications and honors. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of Genpact and its clients, while continuously learning and improving my skills and knowledge.
