I’ve spent over a decade building programs, coaching school leaders, and shaping education systems—always with one guiding question: How can we shift mindsets to unlock sustainable, meaningful change?My journey has taken me from classrooms in under-resourced communities to government partnerships impacting school principals across India. I’ve co-founded an education non-profit, led strategy and operations, and helped schools transition to online learning during the pandemic. Whether training teachers in Telangana to use tech meaningfully or designing leadership workshops for education officials in Punjab, my focus has always been clear—equip people, not just programs.Alongside education, I coach individuals in fitness and nutrition. As a certified fitness & nutrition coach with 700+ transformations (and a podium finish at ICN 2024), I understand the deep connection between mindset, behaviour, and long-term change. This insight powers how I design learning interventions, lead teams, and build systems that last.I thrive in roles where strategy meets people: where there’s complexity, possibility, and a need for clarity. I\'m currently seeking leadership roles in the education and development sector where I can scale impact, shape strategy, and work with purpose-driven teams.
