For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the nexus of research, policy, and practice - translating complex data into action for environmental justice, public health, and sustainable development. My experience spans the grantee and funder sides of the table, from grassroots advocacy to advising multilateral agencies. Along the way, I’ve applied mixed methods monitoring and evaluation tools, designed inclusive strategies, and built cross-sector coalitions that last.Here’s what I bring to the table:Program Management: Led multi-stakeholder programs worth $10M within matrixed organizations - coordinating cross-functional teams, managing grants across the Asia-Pacific, North America, and sub-Saharan Africa, and delivering high-impact outcomes across climate, health, and equity domains.Strategic MEL Expertise: Designed and implemented quantitative (cost-effectiveness evaluations) and mixed-methods research, enabling adaptive learning and data-driven decisions across programs reaching participants in 29+ countries.Policy Translation & Research Synthesis:Authored 12 peer-reviewed publications with 18 citations in policy documents (per Sage Policy Profile Database).Partnership Building & Stakeholder Engagement: Experienced network weaver and storyteller.
