Assistant General Manager for HR, Legal and Compliances1. Payroll Compliances PF and ESI Management for manpower deployed PAN India for different projects at premises of different Clients. Responsible for Onboarding of new manpower, generating / transferring PF UAN & ESI Numbers. Responsible for conducting offboarding including full and final, date of exit in Company ERP and EPFO Portal for monthly average 100-300 manpower. Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various functions and levels. Improvise and bring in best practices for performance management systems and processes to assess, recognize, and develop employee performance and potential. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees. Improvise and implement existing compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market standards and budgetary constraints. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs, to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging and respect where all employees can thrive and contribute their best. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting professional development, collaboration, and accountability. Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and best practices, maintaining HR policies and practices that mitigate risks and liabilities.
