Collaboration within a team focused on Technical Proposal, Commercial Proposal and Engineering support for Telecom, Fire System and Industrial Security Systems- Analyze and interpret telecom, Fire System and security systems RFPs (customer bids/tenders) to develop comprehensive technical proposals, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and architectural solutions- Assess and compare vendor BOMs and solutions, engaging with various vendors to identify the most suitable project solutions- Maintain proactive and timely communication with all stakeholders to finalize solutions- Conduct holistic reviews of solutions to identify cost-reduction opportunities- Ensure timely delivery of technical proposals, designs, and engineering within the agreed schedules- Manage multiple RFPs concurrently- Coordinate closely with the global Proposal and Estimation team- Partner with the Business Development team for new solutions, vendor evaluations, creating test setups, and product witnessing and approval- Utilize engineering tools extensively for design optimization (e.g, CCTV, PAGA, Radio coverage studies)- Travel as required for configuration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), third-party system testing, and support during installation and commissioning- Design and execute detailed engineering for telecom and radio systems (VHF Marine, VHF Aeronautical, UHF Operational, VSAT Communications Systems)- Hands-on experience in industrial projects involving Radio Systems, Networking, IP Telephones, Access Controls, CCTV, PAGA, PIDS, RADAR, and passive systems design and engineering- Expertise in Radio Systems design and engineering (VHF Marine, VHF Aeronautical, UHF Operational, VSAT Communications Systems), ACS PAGA, RADAR and SONAR- Proficiency in control room design and ATEX systems- Proven capability in stakeholder management, including interactions with high-profile customers, vendors, and factory personnel.
