About Manu G.

Manu is Vice President, GSS and Site Leader - GOSC Jaipur. In this role he is responsible for Jaipur’s site management for ~900 employees as well as service delivery operations for 90+ Insurance and Corporate function processes. Manu has led the infrastructure build-out of the Jaipur site and commencement of its operations in 2014. Today, with $16 mn annual revenues, robust customer partnership, high employee engagement and cost optimization (20%+ lower cost than Tier1 location), the site performs at top decile on all key parameters. Prior to the above, Manu has led the Lean Six Sigma, Quality Assurance and Research & Strategy functions at MetLife GOSC. He was instrumental in deploying Six Sigma & LEAN that helped in significantly improving effectiveness and efficiency of operations apart from delivering economic value to stakeholders. During pandemic and even with remote working environment, he managed to drive the prestigious CMMI V2.0 practices at site and successfully led GOSC Jaipur for Maturity Level 5 certification in the very first attempt. Under his stewardship, GOSC has won various awards for Operational Excellence, Quality, Training, Innovation and Business Excellence at national and global levelsUnder his leadership the Jaipur site was built-out and started operations from scratch. The site provides services for global operations in Insurance as well as Corporate functions.As a business leader, he directly handles operations, migrations, training and quality as these are the core functions, while providing guidance and support across all enabling functions.Earlier, Manu headed FIS as Head of Quality, tasked with Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma) and Quality Assurance. He led the organization to win various prestigious awards and certifications.Before FIS, Manu had been the Six Sigma MBB/BB for Birlasoft GE-GDC and for Ford Motors India.
