As Lead Talent Partner at Gordon Murray Group, I focus on building the teams that design, engineer, and deliver our vehicles. I look after recruitment across the full vehicle lifecycle, from early design and development through to manufacturing, commercial, and beyond.My work ranges from finding and engaging the right candidates to guiding them through the process and ensuring they have a positive, professional experience along the way.A few key parts of my role:Partnering with hiring managers to understand what’s needed and finding the right fit, whether that’s a Design Engineer for Structures, a Senior Engineer for Exteriors, or a Buyer for Electrical Systems.Managing recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, finance, and sales.Helping shape our talent approach by keeping on top of market trends and bringing new ideas to how we attract and retain people.Supporting our employer brand, representing GMA in a way that reflects our passion for engineering and the quality behind everything we do.Making sure every candidate has a good experience, because how we treat people matters.It’s a varied role, and no two days are the same, especially when you’re hiring for some of the most exciting automotive projects in the world.
