I am an experienced, insightful Compliance Officer who provides independent assurance that organizations put their customers first and maintain necessary compliance. I leverage detailed analytics to improve operations, board & committee reporting and risk management capabilities. Throughout my career I have also built high-performing compliance and audit teams through motivating, mentoring and training staff to increase their compliance knowledge, auditing skills and their understanding of processes, risks and controls to help mitigate risk. I currently work at Nuveen where I am the Vice President of Compliance Strategy, Reporting and Global Programs.
