Researcher at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR)- Conventional Arms Programme, coordinating the conventional ammunition research portfolio and working on urban violence, weapons and ammunition management, illicit trafficking, and diversion prevention.Joined UNIDIR after five years working on peace and disarmament at the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament, and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNLIREC). Spearheaded more than 40 arms control initiatives in 15 Latin American and Caribbean countries, training more than 300 government officials.
