Senior Sales Engineer role focused on technical consulting on HP’s vast portfolio of Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals solutions for GEM (government education medical) customers utilizing Sales Force. Constantly walking through wiring diagrams and technical spec parameters of unique requirements for all sorts of customer based scenarios. Work with cloud based monitoring solutions and adept in setting up both windows and android based video conferencing codec along with troubleshooting skills on the installation and configuration of hypervisors and operating systems for these codecs. Network and security configurations with knowledge of WAN routing protocols (OSPF, Multicast) experience with protocols such as Policy Based Routing (PBR), WCCP, Filter Based Forwarding (FBF), Policy Based Forwarding (PBF) VLANs, IP subnetting, ACLs, spanning tree and other network fundamentals Experience with network architecture, design and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X, Linux operating system experience Weekly functions include ability to own the room, whiteboard and drive the technical conversation and present to an audience of mixed roles and technical abilities within an organization
