Hi there, I’m Manuela I’m an Account Strategist at Loxo, helping recruitment agencies in EMEA streamline sourcing, outreach, and hiring through one AI-powered platform. My focus is simple: understand how teams currently work, uncover what slows them down, and help them scale faster with better tools and smoother workflows.Before Loxo, I built my career in tech sales at Salesforce and Accenture, progressing from BDA → SDR → BDR in just two years. I consistently exceeded targets, generated £4M+ pipeline, and partnered closely with AEs to run discovery, shape solutions, and support high-value deals. At Salesforce, I worked with mid-market organisations across the UKI, owning outbound strategy, stakeholder engagement, and 100+ qualified opportunities per year.Now I use that experience to support recruiters and agency leaders—whether they’re overwhelmed by manual sourcing, juggling too many tools, or trying to keep up with tight client deadlines. My goal is to make hiring faster, easier, and more profitable.Outside of work, I love learning and exploring. I’ve completed diplomas in Psychology and Investment & Capital Markets, travelled to 30+ countries, and spend most of my free time on photography, videography, and hiking
