Having intensively studied business coaching, social sciences, and psychology of change, I have been supporting leaders and teams as a coach, consultant, conflict mediator, and leadership trainer for over 18 years now. Primary Coaching Topics: · Personal: finding life purpose, maintaining work-life balance, handling conflicts in relationships, self-care · Professional: reflecting on your leadership, managerial, or personal work style to find the gaps and fill them, career vision and planning, burn-out prevention I have travelled across the world, explored different cultures, and called various towns my ‘‘home’’. Currently settled in Bremen, Germany I enjoy cooking and eating fresh foods, playing tennis, and doing yoga and meditation.
