As a System Manager at Fresh N Lean, a leading meal prep and delivery company, I have worked in multiple roles with over two years of experience. I have successfully led the implementation of a Recipe management/NFP software (Galley) transitioning over 500 recipes from excel to the platform as well as adding vendor items and vendor information. I have also assisted in collecting data for the ERP implementation for the finance, accounts receivable, and payable functions, conducting cost analysis, data cleanup, validation, and training. I am passionate about using data and technology to improve the quality and service of Fresh N Lean, and I enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to achieve our goals. Currently pursuing my PMP certification to enhance my project management skills and knowledge.
