The Education Innovation LAB is an interdisciplinary laboratory that shapes the future of education. We develop innovative learning formats and materials to spread new impulses and ways of thinking in the educational sector. We work in co-creation with teachers and students and combine expertise from design, process design, didactics and psychology for the implementation of products, services and learning formats that respond to the challenges of the 21st century. Located at one of the most innovative schools in Germany the LAB is right in the center of a new learning culture.

Hi, I’m Manuela!I’m a passionate social entrepreneur and Co-Founder & CEO of the Education Innovation Lab in Berlin. Together with my team, I work on reimagining and redesigning education systems to make them more inclusive, future-ready, and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our innovative learning formats focus on digitalization and 21st-century skills, empowering educators and learners to thrive in a rapidly changing world.I’m also the Co-Founder and Board Member of the Future Skills Alliance, where we unite organizations and individuals across Germany to shape the skills and competencies essential for the future. Beyond my roles at these organizations, I advise young educational entrepreneurs, serve on the board of #wirfürschule, and act as an Ambassador for the X-School.I truly believe education has the power to transform lives and societies – and I’m dedicated to driving that transformation every day.Let’s connect and create a brighter future for learning, together!
