ABOUT MANUELA FRASSON

Graduated in Economics, 25 years’ experience in different Human Resources roles of global multinational companies dealing with both areas of HR management: soft (recruiting, compensation, training and development) and hard (legislation compliance, international mobility, budgeting/forecast/reporting and unions negotiation).Key areas of expertise:o People development and organizational analysiso Personnel evaluations and incentive system o Training plan and development programso Labour cost control and headcount report: budget & forecast plan and actual analysiso International employment mobility and expatriates managementI love to work in a dynamic environment, oriented to the people development as a fundamental added value for the company.
