I am a Senior Project Manager of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group with 8 years of experience in delivering international and complex high luxury retail projects in the Americas and Asia Pacific countriesI am currently based in Tokyo leading the Japan and Korea Store Planning Office, at the same time I am still in charge of the HQ responsibility for the construction expansion of stores in the whole American markets.I am responsible for the full management of the stores building process, overseeing all the phases of the project lifecycle from planning to the post-opening.I am highly experienced in costs negotiation, timing monitoring, problem solving and contractors/team management.
