Coordinate and manage the Director’s calendar, prepare reports, drafting correspondence, coordinating and assisting in gather information for meetings, presentations, and special projects, using sound judgement in determining priorities and overseeing all engagements and a heavy travel schedule. Engage in post-award activity to execute subawards and monitor grant spending. Carry out various financial transactions such as processing invoices, honoraria, purchase orders/requisitions, travel reimbursements, petty cash and P-Card transactions. Scheduling, set-up and coordination of meetings, conferences and seminars. Perform general offices duties such as answering phones, copying, filing, faxing. Participate in special projects and efforts to improve unit effectiveness
