About Manuel Zarate
With over 40 years of entrepreneurial and technology innovation experience, I successfully founded and led a technology firm for 20 years that impacted multiple market segments and created software that changed industries.Throughout my career, I achieved success in delivering technology innovation for multi-billion-dollar public infrastructure projects with my companies serving in the role as the senior technology partner. My clients have included the U.S. Dept of Defense as well as many state governments and corporations including the largest corporations in the Telecom, Engineering and Technology industries. As an effective partnership builder, I successfully forge close collaborations with executives of government agencies and private corporations. I listen to the challenges and present ways to re-frame the question and turn a current problem into a pathway to the future. With the success of my technology firms, I established the HBMG Foundation in 2004 to support the development of creativity and innovation in arts, technology and business. The foundation has advised and mentored hundreds of creative entrepreneurs and has explored different funding models for artist and arts organizations. I serve as a mentor to numerous entrepreneurs and continues to serve as an advocate for creativity as a chief economic driver and foundation for America’s role in the global economy. It is through creativity, innovation and imitation that we will grow and expand human potential as we step into the world of web 3.0.I make dreams happen.
