ABOUT MANUEL SCHAICH

I work on proprietary performance decision support tools as well as the workflows in which they are used. This means that my work focuses on the compromise across systems rather than within component groups.I have spent several years working on dynamic lap time simulation and the models used therein. These models are written and maintained in a variety of toolchains such as Matlab, Simulink, Dymola, C/C++ as well as Python. Furthermore, I have several years of experience with steady state tools, within the context of dynamic simulations as well as in their own right. As well as on the core simulation capabilities I have also worked on the workflows that enable teams to extract actionable information for the respective project, this ranges from design of experiment to containerisation and visualisation of data.
