About Manuel Robles
My experience includes from simple pipe replacement to the most complex system enhancements which includes different aspects of the natural gas industry from estimating project costs, researching options, analyzing and designing installation of distribution and transmission pipelines, calculating and selecting gas regulating, heating and odorization equipment. Project areas include public improvement, system improvement, main replacement, gas pipeline projects, new business pipeline design projects and station design projects. Furthermore, I have been involved with developing bid and construction packages. These packages include the necessary contract documents and drawings for the client to obtain competitive prices, award contracts and construct facilities.
