Analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) used in cancer clinical trials by a wide variety of methods: HPLC (SEC and glycan analysis), capillary electrophoresis, endotoxin analysis, LC-MS (intact mass, subunit analysis, disulfide mapping, peptide mapping), isoelectric focusing, SPR, ELISA. Preparative purification of mAbs by affinity chromatography (Protein A) and SEC, as well as TFF, dialysis, desalting. Method development, validation and documentation. Computational methods for antibody development and analysis: molecular visualization, antibody-antigen docking, molecular dynamics simulations, free energy calculations, antibody de novo design, and physicochemical property prediction.

I am a a professional with experience in industry and academia in the fields of molecular and cell biology, biotechnology, protein and lipid biochemistry, analytical chemistry, biophysics and neutron scattering techniques, as well as good knowledge of the Python and C/C++ programming languages. I am also passionate about computational chemistry and AI and Machine Learning applied to drug discovery and structural biology.I am fluent in Spanish and English and have a good understanding of Swedish and basic knowledge of French and German.
