I am a proud Texas A&M graduate with twelve years of experience in sales and customer facing environments. In my current role, I handle both sales and service, ensuring every customer is fully protected with the proper coverage while providing the support they need to feel confident in their decisions. This includes conducting in depth customer exposure and financial reviews to provide customers with the best possible solutions. As a bilingual English & Spanish speaker, I am able to help and serve customers in the two most spoken languages in Texas.Beyond helping customers, I also take on leadership responsibilities within the office, such as leading the sales team and assisting the agent with team member training.
