I have more than 25 years of experience in the project management of semiconductor fab construction projects around the globe. My unique expertise lies in the management of mega construction projects, for the past 15 years focusing exclusively on programs for semiconductor world market leaders. During my professional career, I managed numerous programs in the multi-billion-Euro range for the General Contractor side, with a proven track record of delivering on time and in budget. As a certified Project Management Professional I am used to a structured approach to setting-up, planning, executing, monitoring and steering mega projects. At the same time I strongly believe in the art of leadership, and in establishing a culture of trust and collaboration with clear goals and visions, which empower my teams to deliver successfully. My fields of expertise include lean construction as well as modular construction solutions. Most of all, I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I am very passionate about job site safety. I love working in an international environment and with diverse teams.Amongst my later projects are a state-of-the-art 300mm wafer fab in Villach, Austria, a leading edge megafab in Leixlip, Ireland and currently a state-of-the-art 300mm power semiconductor fab in Dresden, Germany.
